We will refund 50% of invoice amount to our clients who can't receive their goods in 30 days when tracking numbers are effective.(The clients can receive goods in 5-12 days since tracking number is effective, but sometimes the customs will hold the goods for 15-30 days).
Due to our overseas shipping cost, We do not accept refunds & exchange unless there is a defect in the items that makes it unusable. We are more than fair and will honor your request ,if it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such as crediting your account or by exchanging your item(return shipping cost is to be paid by Buyer ). Refunds / Exchanges Policy
1.The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.
2.You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer
3.The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void
4.The product is subject to final inspection before your return or exchange is processed.
5.Exchange of products can be made on the same or lower value items only. However, if customer agreed to pay for the price differences, a higher value items can be exchanged.
6.Return shipping fee for exchange of products is to be paid by customer.
7.Shipping costs and a 5% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount

9.Allow 3-5 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
